본 이용약관은 비밀번호 관리자(이하 '본 앱')에 적용됩니다. 본 앱을 다운로드, 설치, 사용하시면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
1. 라이선스
개발자는 사용자에게 본 앱을 개인 목적으로 사용할 수 있는 비독점적·양도불가 라이선스를 부여합니다. 사용자는 본 앱을 상업적으로 재판매·재배포할 수 없습니다.
2. 금지 행위
다음 행위는 금지됩니다.
- 본 앱을 리버스 엔지니어링, 디컴파일, 디스어셈블하거나 소스 코드를 추출하려는 행위
- 본 앱을 재판매·재배포·임대·서브라이선스하는 행위
- 본 앱을 통해 불법·악의적 활동을 수행하거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 행위
- 본 앱의 보안 기능을 우회하거나 인증되지 않은 방식으로 접근하는 행위
3. 사용자 데이터에 대한 책임
본 앱은 사용자가 입력한 비밀번호 데이터를 사용자 기기 내부에만 암호화하여 저장하며, 별도의 서버에 백업하지 않습니다.
- 마스터 비밀번호 및 패턴 잠금 분실 시 저장된 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다.
- 사용자는 필요한 경우 CSV/JSON 내보내기 기능을 통해 데이터를 직접 백업해야 합니다.
- 기기 분실, 초기화, 앱 삭제로 인한 데이터 손실에 대해 개발자는 책임지지 않습니다.
4. 인앱 결제 및 광고
- 본 앱은 무료로 제공됩니다.
- 본 앱은 Google AdMob을 통해 광고를 노출할 수 있으며, 광고에 표시되는 외부 사이트나 서비스의 내용에 대해 개발자는 책임지지 않습니다.
- 추후 유료 기능이 도입될 경우 결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play의 정책에 따라 처리되며, 환불은 해당 스토어에 직접 문의하셔야 합니다.
5. 면책 조항
본 앱은 "있는 그대로(AS IS)" 제공되며, 상품성·특정 목적 적합성·비침해성 등 명시적 또는 묵시적 보증을 하지 않습니다. 개발자는 본 앱 이용으로 인한 직간접적, 부수적, 결과적 손해(데이터 손실, 영업 손실 등)에 대해 관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 한도 내에서 책임지지 않습니다.
6. 서비스 변경 및 종료
개발자는 사전 공지 없이 본 앱의 기능을 추가·변경·중단할 수 있으며, 합리적인 사유가 있는 경우 서비스 제공을 종료할 수 있습니다.
7. 약관 변경
본 약관은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다. 변경된 약관 게시 후에도 앱을 계속 이용하시면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
8. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 본 약관과 관련된 분쟁은 대한민국 법원을 전속 관할 법원으로 합니다.

These Terms of Service apply to Password Manager (the "Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License
The provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal purposes. You may not resell or redistribute the Application for commercial purposes.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
- Resell, redistribute, rent, or sublicense the Application.
- Use the Application for any illegal or malicious activity, or in a manner that infringes the rights of others.
- Bypass or attempt to bypass the security features of the Application or access it through unauthorized means.
3. User Data Responsibility
The Application stores your password data only on your device, encrypted, and does not back it up to any external server.
- If you lose your master password or pattern lock, stored data cannot be recovered.
- You are responsible for backing up your data using the CSV/JSON export feature when needed.
- The provider is not responsible for data loss caused by device loss, factory reset, or uninstallation of the Application.
4. In-App Purchases and Advertising
- The Application is provided free of charge.
- The Application may display advertisements via Google AdMob. The provider is not responsible for the content of third-party sites or services advertised.
- If paid features are introduced in the future, payments will be processed in accordance with the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund requests must be made directly to the relevant store.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or business) arising from the use of the Application.
6. Service Changes and Termination
The provider may add, modify, or discontinue features of the Application without prior notice and may terminate the service for reasonable cause.
7. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
